A contradiction in terms true, but just about to settle down to Question Time with a bottle of White Label - carefully poured so as to not disturb the sediment! Bit of a chequered history this bottled beer, but going strong again and brewed in Burton-on-Trent I think. Might be an idea to include a few special bottled beers on a stall at the festival, especially if they are Local and Lakeland. Anyone know of any which could fit the bill?

Yes a decent bottled beer is worth  considering... Bottle condioned ales can be popular  and he lakeland brews. do supply bottled beers..
Davenports beers at home????/??  ther not based in Stockport you know ...  Where's the robbies bitter gone  in a tin?  was ok  bettter than the larger larger too....!  Long life? NEWKY BROWN!!

Hi, I agree that we should seriously consider a bottled beer stall.  There are plenty of excellent beers out there, some with very interesting names.  We could either look for someone to supply us on a sale or return basis or see if anybody would be interested in paying a fee for renting a stall at the festival.
