Within the theme we need to think about our motives here too. to supply good real ale ; the availability/accessability from the Lakeland brewers (especially the micros& smaller brewers ) The contrast of the big brewers locally and the micros locally ...and this is a balance to get right ... people travelling from Stoke will expect to find Holts/Robinson's etc on But local folk will want to see some more of the micros on offer and some Milds of course/.. Plus a few strong ales...
