I recall underwriter having a good night out at the winter ales fest. nicely topped with a couple of jeckles gold.in the gate way ... don't blame it for the thick head the next day that might have something to do with the skull cracker you were sinking like water earlier that evening!!!!

Why not? Have Hydes done something wrong? They are certainly local, and brew excellent real ales. Just because they are a bit bigger shouldn't preclude them. I'd rather acknowledge and support them and help keep them there in Moss Side. By the same arguement Robinsons and Holts too for that matter.
